We understand that making the decision to remodel or not can be quite a daunting task, even small changes to your project can make a dramatic difference to the appearance or functionality of your home. Jaybridge Construction's highly trained and friendly staff works closely with the homeowner throughout the remodeling process, from the initial planning to the final clean-up, to ensure that the remodeling process goes as smoothly as possible and the end result turns your house into your perfect dream home.
Our projects range from custom brick work, block work, mosaic artwork, hardwood flooring, additions, remodeling, restoration to elegant Victorian homes, hill side homes and buildings, recreational facilities, restaurants, retail structures, residential and commercial structures, office buildings, all types of private housing, and warehouses. Within one week or less of meeting, Jaybridge Construction Co. will write up an estimate that will include: a list of materials, costs, and a job description on the craftsmanship. After receiving the estimate and signing, payments will be made in four installments with the last installment to be the final payment.
